A true haven of peace, located in Barbezieux in Charente, the villa Anani, lives up to its name which means "My cloud". It is a house where life is good, very bright, comfortable, you would think you were on vacation every day.

Close to the city center and restaurants, this single-story, wood-framed, atypical and unique house of 183m2 has a rounded shape that gives it an elegant design. It opens onto a large entrance hall of 8.70m2. The living room is 70m2, the kitchen is fully equipped with a central island, the dining room and living room has a suspended fireplace that is not functional in summer. This fully glazed room lets light into the house, it overlooks the swimming pool and the park with its semi-open wooden terrace of 73m2. This house has 4 bedrooms.

Cocooning: 160 cm bed, possibility of adding a baby bed as an option, subject to availability.

La Parentale: 180 cm bed as a backup

Breakfasts are served either in the dining room or outside if the weather permits.

The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-September, weather permitting. (Heated from the end of April).

4-star gîte formula: 4 bedrooms, 4 private shower rooms, 10 peopleincluding 1 extra bed and 1 baby bed.

Weekly stays run from Saturday afternoon 4 p.m. to the following Saturday morning 9 a.m., with departure at 10 a.m. during the July and August holiday periods. (RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH DEPOSIT)

Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay.

Pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.

MANDATORY SWIM DIAPER FOR BABIES not provided.

The four bedrooms are spacious, and three of them open onto the wooden terrace. You can enjoy evenings on the terrace overlooking the pool.

The house is surrounded by parks and gardens, not overlooked, set back from the road.

It boasts a magnificent enclosed, wooded park of 2,500 m² with century-old trees. A 600 m² playground is available for various activities.

Furthermore, it is close to shops, but in a peaceful setting.

We expect our guests to take care of the house and leave it in the same condition as they found it.

Take out the sheets and towels, leave them in each room, take out the trash. Respect this place where it is good to live.

A minimum of cleaning must be done.

Please report any issues or malfunctions to us so we can resolve them. Any breakage must be replaced with an identical one.
